Dirt holds us together.
Chamomile.
Chamomile is commonly used in teas and herbal medicine, and you will find an abundance of it at Strongroot Farm. In addition to it’s culinary benefits, Chamomile is great for attracting pollinators and insects beneficial to plant health.
Ginger.
Ginger is a powerful, flavorful root used commonly in traditional medicine, cuisine and as an anti-inflammatory. Although it is said American Ginger can have an intricate growing process, the payoff is seen in the strength of the soil left behind and in the quality of the ginger sold at Strongroot Farm.
